System Bull College With the advent of modern communication and information technology the demand of technical education is increasing day by day whereas the traditional method of teaching and learning practiced in Nepal became outdated if the demand of ICT related human resources are kept in center stage. Therefore a Group of Professional Computer Engineers has decided to take a lead for running ICT course at System Bull Information and Communication Technology College.
